Meg has been practicing Soto Zen since 1991 and received training as a Zen priest through the San Francisco Zen Center, where she has lived for many years.

Meg is deeply engaged with the question of how ancient wisdom traditions can shed light on the challenges and possibilities we are encountering in the world today. Through her work, she explores the idea of mindfulness as an ecosystem, not just an individual practice, and the importance of creating cultures, communities and corporate structures that integrate those principles.

Meg is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Texas at Austin.
