Shannon is a passionate global thought leader in creating sustainable organizations in every sense of the word; for people, planet and profit. She specializes in future trend analysis, driving innovation and intrapreneurial culture and delivering transformational technology solutions. She has shared her vision on how intrapreneurship drives successful corporate innovation programs at TedX.

Shannon launched Catalyst Constellations based on the recognition that there is a unique group of people driving the most profound change in the world – Catalysts. 

This community has a special set of superpowers and challenges. Shannon and her partner create tools, resources, and research, along with physical and virtual spaces to connect and support a highly curated global community of Catalysts; so they can more sustainably drive positive impact around the world. The tribe consists of Catalysts from organizations such as Amazon, Apple, GE, Hitachi, and Steelcase. 

In her previous roles, as EVP of Emerging Business at Ericsson, Senior Innovation Architect at Cisco’s Hyperinnovation Living Lab and Director of Innovation at Vodafone Global Enterprise, Shannon empowered Fortune 500 businesses to stay agile, competitive and sustainable through the adoption of new technologies and organizational structures. She created global customer innovation programs supporting all three horizons of innovation; shifting enterprise customer relationships to collaborative innovation partnerships. She has co-created new products with leading innovation giants including Hitachi, Microsoft, GE, Amazon, Intel, Citibank, & Thomson Reuters. 

Shannon developed her career with cutting edge technology experience at companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile. She started a successful technology consulting business, worked at several startups, and has served in various board capacities including IoTC, The Barbara Bush Foundation, CorStone, and Bay Area Mountain Rescue.

Her experience as a mountain rescue volunteer lessons gave her unique lessons in leadership and team skills. 

Shannon is passionate about co-creating a global network and support structure for Catalysts, igniting and amplifying their positive impact on the world. Her personal mission is to transform corporations into sustainable forces for change.
