CO Capital is an early and growth stage impact investment fund that works together with CO Plataforma to identify social enterprises that have the potential for large-scale impact. Over the last decade, Tania has led the design, development, and implementation of CO Plataforma’s incubator model, bringing to Mexico 12 leading global organizations in the creation, growth, and acceleration of impact social businesses, including Latimpacto, Sistema B, Connovo, Village Capital, SVX, Kaya Impacto, Kiva, Hult Prize, Probono Network, Socialab, Makesense, and Nexus.

Collectively these organizations support between 200 and 250 social enterprises a year through celebration, incubation, impact certification, and capital raising programs.

Through CO Capital Impact fund, Tania co-manages the investment in projects with a significant capacity to scale. She is in charge of building a strong community of local impact investors.

From 2005-2010 Tania was a founding partner of TOA (Taller de Operaciones Ambientales) environmental design lab. She was the lead partner for over 10 million dollars of government and private contracts for large scale sustainable community development and land regeneration projects in rural Mexico

Tania was on the board of Sistema Bio helping with institutional contacts and positioning with Latin American family office networks (2019-2020) as well as Hipocampus, helping build their initial model and helping them launch with their main client Altex (2018-2020). She is currently an Investment Committee member of CO_Capital and IMPAQTO Capital and sits as a Board member at Latimpacto and the Consejo Iberoamericano de Mujeres en Decisión.
