Tracy combines decades of deep knowledge, rich skills, and many years of mindfulness and meditation practice into the secular arena. She brings profound insight and a personal understanding of the challenges and demands of a corporate environment. 

She is Director of Design and Content for Mind EQ, a San Francisco-based company specializing in mindfulness, meditation, resilience and emotional intelligence training for corporations and other organizations. Tracy also collaborates on marketing strategies for the company and serves as the in-house teacher trainer for Mind EQ curriculum. 

She has been a student of various forms of Buddhism for most of her life and was ordained as a Tibetan Buddhist nun when she was given the name, Shinchok. She has studied various meditation and mindfulness techniques and organized many retreats and workshops. Tracy believes in the regenerative power of these practices in the secular landscape to facilitate growth, both collectively and within the individual. She is a certified teacher with the SIY (Search Inside Yourself) program, a mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and leadership program developed by leading experts at Google. 

She is known as a compassionate and focused facilitator who brings humor and humility to the process of learning. Her experience as a practitioner creates a deep sense of trust among participants. As the head of her own company, she creates programming for a variety of organizations, tailoring the content to specific needs and company culture. As a certified coach, Tracy also offers wellness and meditation strategies to executives and other professionals globally.

Tracy has trained in various meditation and healing techniques from masters throughout the globe. She worked for many years as a Licensed Maine Outdoor Adventure Guide, leading transformative adventures in the wilderness. She founded several non-profit community service organizations, such as a winter and weatherization program — in collaboration with the U. S. Coast Guard — for vulnerable residents in coastal communities in Maine. Tracy also served in leadership roles for the Camden International Film Festival and the North Atlantic Blues Festival. She has worked with companies such as Genentech, Someofus.org, California Child Care Resource & Referral Network, Talkable, Vungle and has consulted for expeditions to Everest, Denali, and Orizaba.  

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, and enjoys sea kayaking, gardening, meditative practices, and helping others in the community.
